Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high order volumes or product drops, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Local Collection
Local collection may be available in Pietermaritzburg by arrangement. If you would like to collect your order, please contact us after placing your order to arrange a suitable time.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Shady cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order is shipped.
Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Shady is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
